Banana Peanut Butter Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Plain Yoghurt
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Banana
1 Tsp Peanut Butter
1 large Handful of Spinach
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
