FUN, FIT April was a Winner!

Our Cape Town members and teachers enjoyed a fun morning together on 13th April . Our FUN ,FIT APRIL event was a winner!

 

We had a fun ”Áround the World class “, followed by chatting outside with delicious treats and tea /coffee .

Teachers and some members dressed up and the energy that morning was amazing to experience . Try out a Fitness league class near you to experience the Friendship, fun and Fitness .

Many much needed tins of food were collected for Mannenberg Creche and we got to use these as weights in the class first !
